Rick & Gary 1981 an Auckland based duo contracted to Lion Breweries for one year 1981 mid 1982 whilst in Auckland the duo played frequently at the Poenamo Bicycle Bar, Glenfield Tavern and Alexandra Tavern Parnell. - This duo played a wide range of music ranging from Santana, Beatles, R&R through to easy listening instrumentals, spent most of their time on the road throughout the North Island of New Zealand, Their most regular "out of town" Bar was "The Lake Establishment" Taupo.
